Please note that this is NOT a confirmation but your request for reservations. We will e-mail with confirmation within 24 hours.The e-mails are only checked a few times a day so there is a time lag between receiving e-mails and responding. Please add Sales and Lodging tax of 10%.

Deposit is 1/2 of rental:
Balance of payment is due 2 weeks before check-in.
$20 cancellation fee off of all refunds. If canceled less than 14 days ahead, refund is 1/2 of total fees.
If necessary, damage/excessive cleaning charge: $100 min. No camping at cabins.
